Clenvo Pricing and Fees

At Clenvo, we aim to provide transparent, flexible, and competitive pricing for both event organizers and ticket buyers. Below, you will find details on the pricing structure for our platform, including service fees, payment terms, and additional charges.
1. Event Organizer Fees
Clenvo charges event organizers a 0% fee for using our platform to create and manage events. as we maintain and improve the services we offer, including ticket sales, event promotion, and customer support.
a. Ticketing Service Fees
Event organizers are charged a percentage-based service fee for each ticket sold through Clenvo. The fee structure is as follows:
- Standard Service Fee: [X%] per ticket sold.
- Payment Processing Fee: [X%] of the total transaction amount (to cover the cost of processing payments securely).
Example:
If a ticket is sold for $50, and the service fee is 5%, the event organizer will be charged $2.50 per ticket sold (5% of $50). The payment processing fee may vary based on the payment provider used.
b. Subscription/Platform Fee
In addition to the per-ticket service fee, Clenvo may charge event organizers a monthly or annual subscription fee for access to premium features, event promotion tools, and additional services. This fee is as follows:

Clenvo offers several optional add-on services that can be purchased for additional fees, including but not limited to:

2. Attendee Ticketing Fees
When purchasing tickets, attendees may be charged additional fees to cover the cost of using Clenvo’s platform for ticket sales. These fees are added to the ticket price at checkout.
a. Ticket Purchase Service Fee
Attendees are charged a service fee on top of the ticket price. This fee is typically a percentage of the ticket price or a flat fee per ticket.

3. Payment Terms
Payment Processing: Clenvo uses third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle all transactions securely. By using our platform, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these third-party processors.
Payment Schedule: Payments to event organizers will be processed according to the following schedule:
- For Standard Events: Payments will be disbursed to the event organizer within [X] business days after the event has concluded, minus any applicable fees.
- For Ongoing Events: Payments will be disbursed periodically (e.g., weekly or monthly) depending on the event’s sales activity and payment processing policies.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled by the event organizer, they must issue a full refund to all ticket buyers. Clenvo will assist with processing refunds, but event organizers are responsible for notifying attendees and handling any related inquiries.
Ticket Refunds: If an attendee is unable to attend an event and requests a refund, the refund policy will be determined by the event organizer. Clenvo’s platform allows organizers to set their own refund policies (e.g., no refunds, full refunds, partial refunds). Any applicable processing fees may or may not be refunded depending on the organizer’s policy.
Processing Fees: Service and payment processing fees are typically non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Clenvo.
5. Taxes
Event organizers are responsible for understanding and applying any tax obligations related to their event tickets. This includes collecting and remitting sales tax, VAT, or other local taxes as required by law.
Clenvo will provide invoices to event organizers for any applicable platform fees and payments processed. Attendees will also receive receipts showing the applicable service fees and ticket prices.
6. Changes to Pricing and Fees
Clenvo reserves the right to modify its pricing and fees at any time. If any changes to our pricing or fees occur, we will provide reasonable notice to our users through email or a notification on the website. The new fees will apply to any event created after the notice date, and to existing events, fees will be adjusted at the time of the next ticket sale.
